The products come with 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. In this case, we will take the further action of repair or replacement accordingly.
The warranty does not ensure the product against any misuse, wear and tear in the natural course of product usage.

Return policy on products is applicable only for the following reasons:
Damaged/dead on arrival, manufacturing defects, expired and incorrect product. And in such cases we offer easy replacements.
In case, you receive such product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team and courier partners.
Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to info@audiovan.in. We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours.
We will either arrange to collect the product (Only pick-up will be done. The product to be replaced, has to be packed by the customer only) and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.
Order amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded, other than in the following circumstances:
For the conditions mentioned under the title “Refunds,” it takes minimum 20 working days to refund. Mode of the refund might be NEFT or by the way payment was originally made.
However, in such cases if the customer wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount after deduction of payment gateway charges or any other charges applicable.
